Skylark Designs is an innovative and eclectic design firm in Toronto, ON that caters to local grass root businesses. They want ha new corporate identity that is easily recognizable, eye-catching and has a youthful feel in order to help them increase their client base and stand out from other design firms in the area. This is achieved through the use of three different colours, the use of a triangle and multiple typefaces. The triangle is used to create an eye-catching pattern that is visual interesting and makes their business cards, letterhead, envelope and storefront standout from their competition. Using three different colors in their identity brings a youthfulness to the design. The warm undertones of the design counteracts the clean lines of the triangle and the sans serif typefaces chosen for the logo to make the design more inviting to the viewer.
