The symbol does not represent directly an ice cream, it indicates its presence, however, with a garphic representation of an ice cream topping.
In the same time in the resultant figure we can notice an human profile in a flat-lying position, an act which symbolizes a moment of relax, so personal and intimate, similar to this passed on the beach (the ice cream shop is located in a seaside resort).
