This was a personal project that built on a previous "prototype" wallpaper featuring legend Francesco Totti, my goal was the use the partial cutout technique that's been sweeping the design world -- something I hadn't previously tried. I also wanted to emphasize the Roma ultras by giving the Curva Sud section a prominent spot in the background. I'm a big fan of using signatures in graphics, I feel they add a lot for their small size, and giving graphics matte finish to add a tangible feel. Although these graphics weren't published, they were shared by five of Roma's Twitter accounts -- including the notable English one and main Italian one with nearly 2 million followers -- it was great being able to share them with the Romanista.
