About the T24PS-100: 24,000 lb Capacity Gear Tilt Welding Positioner
The T24PS-100 is LJ’s ultra-heavy-duty gear tilt weld positioner and built for industrial heavy-duty applications that demand power, simplicity and reliability. It’s built for heavy duty welding applications and designed to outlast the competition in its working life.
This gear tilt welding positioner includes tilting and rotation functioning. Tilting of workpieces is effortless because of its tilting power of 550,000 in-lbs. With this strength, you can conveniently incline any heavy workpiece at angles of up to 135° within 23 seconds. Its titling power allows you to tilt your workpiece at consistent speeds ranging between 0.05 and 1.00 rotations-per-minute (RPM).
Your workpiece up to 24,000 lbs can be rotated at a consistent speed range of between 0.05-1.2 RPM. Custom speed options are available on request. The turning torque power of 250,000 in-lbs makes this gear tilt weld positioner the most powerful in its class available on the market. This gear tilt welding positioner features a 60” OD faceplate with 6”x1” slots to firmly fix your fixture to the faceplate.
On height adjustability, the welding positioner offers up to 8 different height adjustments. The adjustments range from 50.5” to 82” with 4” increments.
This gear tilt welding positioner has a 1500Amps ground capacity. Other grounding options including 200Amp, 400Amp and 1500Amp capacities are available upon request.
The T24PS comes with a standard power input of 480V, 3-ph. There are custom power capabilities available to suit your particular needs.

Tilt Turn Positioner Controls
Foot switch options include forward/reverse function. Variable speed foot switches are available with forward reverse function and speed control for a more effortless hands-free control experience.
Hand pendant options available include forward/reverse, as well as digital readout and wireless. All foot switches and hand pendants come with a 25 foot cable but 50 foot extension cables are available.
HMI touchscreens are recommended for use of fully-integrated welding systems, such as with column and boom welding manipulators or a welding robot.
T24PS-100 Fixtures
Grippers and chucks are available and range from between 2”-60” OD. Customized or modified fixture options are available upon request.
