Karneval é um álbum musical experimental, do músico Eric Tempesta. O objetivo desse projeto gráfico, é permear os aspectos visuais e conceituais de Übermensch, de forma a representar visualmente os intuitos sugeridos pelas músicas de Eric e a conceituação de seu álbum. Outro traço desse design, é a representação do carnaval brasileiro, apresentada de forma sutil e até subliminar, contendo significados que correspondem as propostas filosóficas das músicas.
Karneval is an experimental music album by musician Eric Tempesta. The objective of this graphic project is to permeate the visual and conceptual aspects of Übermensch, in order to visually represent the intentions suggested by Eric's songs and the conceptualization of his album. Another feature of this design is the representation of the Brazilian carnival, presented in a subtle and even subliminal way, containing meanings that correspond to the philosophical proposals of the songs.
O Visual
A estratégia foi a de utilizar aspectos visuais já conhecidos do Übermensch, contraponto com uma temática cinzenta de Comic Books, de modo a instigar a sensação de dois lados opostos, mas que pertencem ao mesmo mundo. Criando uma relação entre o que é ser "super" ou não.
The Look
The strategy was to use visual aspects already known from the Übermensch, a counterpoint with a gray theme from Comic Books, in order to instill the feeling of two opposing sides, but that belong to the same world. Creating a relationship between what it means to be "super" or not.
