Metropolitan - Power Up Your Game

In the continuous effort to improve customer service and experience, Metropolitan launched new digital tools for their brokers. When approaching how to speak to employees, we needed to ensure that we weren’t simply inspiring staff to work harder, but rather getting them to embrace and choose to connect with the digital tools.

But change is not always well received. One of those reasons is fear of the unknown. We wanted to emphasis that just because something might seem scary or difficult, it doesn’t mean that one should be fearful. We created a visually shocking campaign aimed to impact, engage and – hopefully – overcome the barriers to new technology.

We launched an internal drive which kicked off with a large-scale event at Metropolitan’s head office in Cape Town. Coffee was served in branded cups and employees were invited to watch the intro video and learn more from their CEO and MD about the new digital tools available to them. This training was then sent to all their regional stores to ensure that all Metropolitan brokers could BE FEARLESS.
