For nearly four months, we worked together on the project and the development of a stand to represent and showcase our school in the Salo de l'Ensenyament (Education Fair).
The project’s startpoint is the idea of CLOUD, a cloud of concepts capable of communicating the variety and diversity of values that define the school and studies offered. The project's main element is a hollow cardboard module that acts as a container for information and as repeatable piece (brick) to generate a protected environment of the immediate surrounding while permeable and visible from the outside. The interior of the stand is built from a platform, walls and ceiling entirely covered with wooden carpet tiles of 50x50 cm. On this "background" lies the skin enterily made out of cardboard that forms an irregular curtain surrounding us. A large red crown reaches the maximum allowed height of 5 meters, creating a powerful claim and emphasizing the brand ELISAVA, this sign has been built by lining a lightweight metal frame with crepe paper strip illuminated internally by LEDs.
