This was a Graphic Design School Project. The goal was to create all the graphic needs for a Music Festival. The main challenge was that the festival included three different music styles in three different days. My idea was to simulate the style of DADA, an early 20th century art movement. In order to create a Dada feeling I played with typography as freely as I could, withing some order (Dada artists would have hated me, LOL), In addition, to create the best possible poster for each day, I decided to use different type for different music styles. Finally, I also wanted to recreate the feeling of a Letterpress printed poster through the use of textures.

Este fue un proyecto realizado para un máster en diseño gráfico. Había que crear toda la cartelería para un festival de música. La mayor dificultad era que cada día del festival tenía un estilo de música diferente (Pop/Indie, Rock, y Rap/R&B). Mi intención era usar un estilo similar al de los posters DADA, movimiento artístico de principios del siglo XX. Para ello jugé con la tipografía, aunque con cierto orden. Además, usé una tipografía diferente para cada día. Por último, intente imitar el resultado de una impresión con Letterpress por medio del uso de texturas.
