Sociomantic Labs provides personalised display advertising to reach people online - on mobile, web and in-app.

We developed a tool to manage online advertising campaigns. It serves different kinds of users (internal and external ones) and very diverse needs.

A three-month user study based on user interviews and platform-based exercises helped us acquiring knowledge on the use of our tool and how to improve it.

We came up with 10 cards describing the users who interact with the platform we develop. Being aware of their job and their needs singularly helps us Uxers to design a better experience to all of them.
