This is another oldie, this time from the Visual Literacy module in first year. We were given the task of choosing a creative work to interpret artistically - so I chose Sale El Sol, a song by Shakira, and painted what it made me think of.

 

I had so much fun with this one in PS and I think I only really used the standard brush tool mixed with smudge to blend the colours together.

 

I didn't use any references for this one so the colours are a little unrealistic and the balloon is also totally inaccurate!
