The design concept is "Another World". Each floor is designed with a different theme offering a different story to be customers. The theme for the underground floor is "In the sea", the first floor to the fourth floor is "In the Cave", the fifth floor and sixth floor is "In the Secret Garden" and the seventh floor and eighth floor is "In the Breeze".
The shopping mall is located in Dongdaemun district near Zaha Hadid's Dongdaemun Design Plaza(DDP) in Seoul. The historic district is popular with cafe and retail stores. Garde was responsible for the complete renovation of the building with a modern design. It had 60 stores prior the renovation, but expanded to 100 stores. Each brand respects the overarching rules of each floor design. From cosmetics to interiors, the products are several and the environment offers a new image of a shopping center.
