OLD but GOLD
DESCRIPCIÓN: Cuaderno copta forrado con tela recuperada de las tapas de un libro de 65 años de antigüedad. La idea detrás de esta pieza fue revalorizar la tela junto a el paso del tiempo, los roces y usos.
DESCRIPTION: Coptic notebook lined with cloth recovered from the covers of a 65-year-old book. The idea behind this piece was to revalue the fabric along with the passage of time, friction and uses.

DETALLE: Se separo la tela de la tapa y se recupero el papel interno por medio del uso de un bisturí. Se recupero el cartón sobrante y se volvió a unificar formando dos pequeñas tapas. Se imprimió con letterpress sobre las tapas un recordatorio de que todo lo viejo tiene un valor único.
DETAIL: The fabric was separated from the cover and the internal paper was recovered by using a scalpel. The remaining cardboard was recovered and reassembled forming two small covers. The covers were printed with letterpress in gold ink as a reminder that everything old has a unique value.
