Park City Series projects are developed with the concept of coexistence between the nature and the city in order to offer to the next generation a better living space and quelity. More than a property, we intended to provide a timeless space design to this project so it will pass on our wish and will not lose its historical value for the next generation.
This project is located on river side and has a great view on the junction of the Sumida and Kanda rivers. It was designed to have two types of Japanese style guest room, both linked to the surroundings of the project. Elements of the design include the reflection of the river water and rhythm of the waves to which was added a work in the gradation of the light and shadows within the room.
