KWV Valentine's Promo 2018 (Uganda)
The brief required that a theme be built for the 2018 Valentine's day Campaign. Promotional material included neck tags, social media art e.t.c and these were to be dished out at selected stores in Kampala by the brand's distributors - Vicland Distributors Ltd. 
The initial concept was to introduce the day's traditional red colour into KWV's black and gold theme as for this is a very visual-specific market - people buy what they easily relate to, meaning that the quickest way to grab a buyer's attention for this particular day was to have a pink or red in there.

The idea seemed to stretch the too far away from KWV territory with the red - at least for the SouthAfrica team, so in order to tone it down, the red was only used for the neck tags - for visibility on the shelves, but the overall theme for the social media ads and prints remained black and gold.
