We can all relate to different moods, feelings and behaviours. Sometimes we are dealing with thoughts and feelings that we'd rather not have, or even don't want to deal with at that moment.  At times, we can influence these
mood swings ourselves, but we are not always in control.

Imagine if you could influence these moods by seeing them as they are actual, living creatures. Let's call these creatures Mood Monsters. These monsters travel along with you, live in your head. They're sitting on your shoulder, standing next to you under the shower, laying on your pillow while you are asleep or thinking about what tomorrow might bring.

Mood Monsters are there for you, to support you no matter what, but they could use your support and guidance too.
We're introducing from top to bottom Monday, Bernard, Duck and Rush. This quartet is developed for our Minddistrict
e-health modules to express emotions, needs and activities.
