'Good sleep starts with developing habits where you are more active during the day..'

Common sleep disorders like insomnia, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy and sleep apnea can affect every aspect of your life including your safety, relationships, school and work performance, thinking, mental health, weight and the development of diabetes and heart disease. I've created two animations that are part of a bigger story. That story is a part of the e-health module 'Dealing with sleeping problems'.  
SLEEPING PROBLEMS: THE FIRST STEPS 

Everyone can improve their quality of sleep, but it takes time to find out what works for you. It starts during the day. Because the way we sleep at night, is affected by how we behave when we are awake.

Be more active during the day, try to unwind in the evening. It's a start... 


WHAT TO DO? 

The Minddistrict Sleep module will provide insights about what habits and methods there are that might support people who are dealing with sleeping problems.

Fortunately we know through experiences, that it is possible to improve the quality of your sleep. We'll talk about useful tips and tricks in the module.
