My relationship with DiRoma catering began after I had finished the website for Porcelli Pizza Co. Chef Valerio Porcelli wanted to expand his business to allow him to create more than just pizza. He had a plan to bring a true taste of Italy to his customers. Valerio is very proud of his Italian heritage, and it shows.

He grew up on an organic farm in Rome, Italy, where he developed an agricultural eatery called Agriturismo. Eventually he moved to the US, working as a private chef in exclusive Los Angeles restaurants. As the owner of his catering company, he supports local farmers, imports ingredients from Italy, and uses sustainable and green practices. His network even includes Italian jazz musicians and singers, bringing a genuine Italian dining experience to any event.

With Porcelli Pizza Co. he traveled with a mobile wood-fired oven, which is still available by request for customers of DiRoma Catering. The oven is imported from Naples, Italy, so you know it's being made the way pizza was intended to be made. Now, he’s providing an authentic Italian catering service that is truly one-of-a-kind and he has received remarkable reviews from customers that truly loved the experience.
