Remote Work in Romania, 2015-2017 is the name of my dissertation thesis, written as a Master's student at Babes-Bolyai University's Faculty of Business.
This infographic serves as a summary of my thesis, which studies the unfolding of the remote work era between 2015 and 2017 in Romania, having in sight the concept of being a remote employee of a company: carrying the daily tasks imposed by his or her job description and supervisor while not being physically present at the company’s office.
The study respondents have received this infographic in digital and print-ready formats, as a sign of gratitude for their participation in the data gathering survey on which this paper relies.
