The goal of this project was to design a booklet for a concept photographic exhibition to celebrate the architectural diversity, both old and new, in Connecticut. I chose to focus my booklet on the architecture of college campuses located around Connecticut; Central Connecticut State University, Trinity College, and Quinnipiac University. Before even designing the booklet, we had to either take our own photographs or find high-quality images online of the buildings we were including in the booklet. Then we had to build a grid that the interior pages would follow. To break “the flow”, we had to create full insert pages that would include a full spread image with minimal typography.
