The assignment was to create a newspaper layout for the Living section of the New York Times. We had to resemble the layout of the New York Times, to make it look like our page could be an actual page taken out of the New York Times. A 12" x 22" layout size with six columns was used, the exact dimensions of the New York Times. A lot of research was done on how newspapers are laid out and the hierarchy of articles and images on the page. Adobe InDesign was used to create this newspaper layout.
