The Washington State University College of Pharmacy celebrated its 125th anniversary with a black-tie gala, and requested a video to kick off the night's events.  The project manager requested something simple and classy, heavy on nostalgia, and inspirational enough to encourage attendees to give generously.  The department also shared a huge treasure trove of archive photos to use in the project.

I took the lead with this video, and used a combination of archive photos and video plus a handful of interviews captured over the years by WSU's Video Services office to build a narrative.  I used Adobe Photoshop to build a long horizontal panel full of lots of textural details like embroidery and vintage photo frames, and then added some subtle animation in Premiere.
