BRIEF
Lo scopo del progetto era costruire una panoramica del XX secolo, approcciandosi ad esso con una visione personale e particolare.
The aim of the project was to construct an overview of the twentieth century approaching it with a personal and particular vision.
CONCEPT
Ho scelto di narrare il Novecento attraverso la poesia e la letteratura, affiancando ad ogni brano una fotografia, più o meno famosa, che potesse evocare al meglio ciò che nel testo veniva descritto.
I chose to narrate the twentieth century through poetry and literature, combining each excerpt with a photograph, more or less famous, that could best evoke what was described in the text.
Ho scelto appositamente di separare l’immagine dal testo e di metterla sulla pagina successiva, in modo che il lettore potesse prima leggere il brano e crearsi una propria immagine mentale, per poi poterla confrontare con quella da me fornita.
I specifically chose to separate the image from the text and put it on the next page, so that the reader could first read the song and create his own mental image, and then compare it with the one I provided.
