The Taps Beer project was undertaken to discover; how do we bring new ideas into the package liquor industry (beer). Our competitors tend to rely on illustration or blocked colour with their brand identity. Being a small brewhouse Taps needed a way to brand their popular tanked/kegged beer into the packaged liquor market. Their unique flavours required us to create a packaging that would truly stand out against the illustration & blocked colour of their competitors.
So the use of photography was discussed, it allowed us to capture the story behind the unique flavours and the passion Taps Brewing CO. put into each drop of God's liquid.
