TENT, Platform for Contemporary Art
TENT is a platform for contemporary art with strong roots in the city of Rotterdam. The platform serves as a springboard for young artists and curators, acts as an ambassador on behalf of the Rotterdam art world, and positions fine art from the city in a local, national and international context. Studio de Ronners introduced a marking line that runs through the design like a common thread. This line connects and underlines what TENT stands for. For each campaign image abstract lines are distilled from the work of the artist or exhibition in question. These then serve as a “tag” on the invitation, the facade of a building, window lettering and the entrance wall. The typography and the tag represent TENT’s bold and daring nature.
