“Real freedom is to stick to your heart.” This was a sentence that constantly appeared in my mind during the creation of Jamie, and it was also by such concept that Jamie’s image gradually became clear. I needed a firm face to show Jamie’s inner strength, long hair and unshaven beard to show his unruly personality. I hoped Jamie would eventually prove a seemingly contradictory personality of cynicism and loyalty. He loves to wear prison pants, and besides being handsome, the pants remind him how important freedom is. The backpack strapped to the back of the motorcycle clearly shows Jamie’s love for long-distance cycling. Freedom is not in the same place for all of us. That is why there are millions of ways to find freedom. Let Jamie ride the chopper and get on his own ...
