Liberty global asked us to make two animations explaining the way they research the way their customers react. Here you can see some gifs and still’s from the animation since the content is meant for Liberty Global’s staff only.

The story about customer centricity is told through Sam and Jen who are both either satisfied or unsatisfied customers. Their experiences teach the viewers everything about the subject.
We went for a vector style for this one and tried to work with a lot of detail and combination of solids and thin lines to create dynamic and elegance.
Also we added some texture to give it some more dept.
