HOPE Lingerie is a company with 6,000 sales points and 1,200 employees. It has emerged as one of the most innovative brands in the Brazilian market. Constant investments in communication have made HOPE one of the most recognized underwear brands among Brazilian women. In 2011, the company contracted Gisele Bündchen as its top model, increasing profits 40% and bringing the brand to a worldwide baseline.

Project
HOPE hired our team in 2011 to redesign the new information architecture for its e-commerce, following the best-practices in user-experience design and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). The project was part a strategy to expand the market share and the brand value.

Besides producing design specifications, I was responsible for providing a detailed analysis of existing SEO and SEM issues and recommended actions. The report was used by project leaders as a guideline to develop the new site.

I used several online tools to Support the SEO and SEM analysis, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Knowem, WebPageTest, and WooRank. (Picture above)
