Claro is one of the largest mobile operators in Brazil, serving over 60 million customers nationwide and present in over 3.560 cities and towns. Innovation is part of Claro DNA, and the company is always looking for delivering the best solutions for its customers in products or services for mobile phones, home phones, internet and digital TV.
Project
Ogilvy & Mather redesigned the website of Claro Brazil in 2012. It was a massive project with several goals: implement a new branding strategy, create landing pages for new products, and redesign the e-commerce.
Our team was hired to lead user research, and evaluate the new user experience. As usability analyst, I participated in the planning and execution of card-sorting sessions, focus groups, and walk-through usability tests. Our reports pointed issues and recommendations organized by priority.
