Small organizations with big heart are a favorite of mine. I've been the main writer for a growing healthcare system in rural Minnesota and it's been incredibly gratifying. I've walked with them through a name change and tremendous growth over the past few years. The doctors at this regional hospital could work anywhere—but they choose to work in Alexandria, Minnesota, because they love this part of the world.
