About Terra
Terra Networks is a multinational Internet company with headquarters in Brazil. Back in 2011 was one of the audience leaders among Brazilian websites, having an average of 45 million hits per month.
Projects and My Participation
Between 2009 and 2011, Terra hired our team several times to provide information architecture and user research services and help them improve its products and meet its customer needs.
In general, I was responsible for:
• Benchmarking with national and global players;
• Plan, execute, and analyze user research studies;
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and design specifications;
Our work was used as a guideline to redesign interfaces, define advertising formats and customize global layout pattern for specific Brazilian needs.
