Call For Price extension Magento 2 Extension is extremely useful for products which have fluctuating price point. Since, there isn’t a stable price that can be quoted for the product, you cannot put the exact price of the product on the online store. Call for Price option enables the customer to contact the merchant for the price and also request for additional details through a customized form. This extension sends out a notification via email when the customer makes a new request. Merchants can hide the price and display the Call for Price button instead for specific products, customer groups or categories or store views. The extension follows Magento 2 core code principles so it works seamlessly without any dependency on the theme structure or CSS. This extension enables to establish communication with the customer and provide them additional information about the product they are interested in.

Call For Price Tab Magento 2 Extension set up:
1. Install the Call For Price extension from the market place.

General configuration: In the Call For Price tab, you can configure whether the extension has to be enabled or disabled. You can choose the customer group to hide a product price
You can also configure the specific products categories for which the prices are to be hidden and also the label for the Call for Price button and the heading for it.
Email notification setting: You manage the email setting in terms of the email template to be used for both the request from the customer and response from the merchant. The email address which will receive the request and which will send out the response can also be configured.
Product based setting: Call for Price option can be configured for specific products
There is also an option to include all the products under a specific category.
How does it work? The store would have certain products which will display the Call for Price action instead of the price.
Here is product detail page in which the contact action button is enabled.
The customer then clicks on the contact button and fills out the form with information like Name, Email address, Phone number and Comment.
The admin receives the request with necessary information like Date & time, product ID, Name, SKU, Customer name, Contact detail, Store and Status.
The admin can then respond to request by using this backend form.
