As caution of the globalisation, people are looking for easier and better paid jobs in the cities, away from the countryside, where they see the wealth in the urban areas. A flood of people from poor areas together with the raise of the population lets the cities grow to an unbelievable size. The need of space leeds to the creation of areas where people can be stored. It is less living than the storage of a huge amount of people. This space needs to come from somewhere. They build in the height, they build in the parks and form the nearer environment to create slums and places for living. The space and the material to build with come from the recourses of nature. We build up grey cities which creates Co2 and do not give the planet the possibility to compensate this damage in the atmosphere.

The growth of the world population causes an urbanization which breeds deforestation and with this the filling of the world with concrete. The world becomes less and less green and plants cannot offset the airpolution, which rises with the boom of our population. Through the growth of cities, cars, fabrics and farms the amount of carbondioxid in the air rises, the air gets poisoned, we get problems with our health and the temperature of the planet goes higher. Climate change will make our planet uninhabitable.

This project shows a model of a fictive city where percentual more plants than cement exist. It adapts different models of the system „Eco-Cities“ with a continuous Identity of the City Branding.

This new kind of city has to eleminate the carbon waste to zero. It is important to build a self-con- tained economy in which resources which are needed are found locally, this the new eco-city does not import his food, but support the local agriculture which is integrated in the city landscape as urban gardens and indoor farming underground.

To be compleatly carbon-neutral, the city ́s environment contains percentual more plants than concrete, but also works with renewable energy. Resource conservation as maximizing efficiency of water and energy resources, constructing a waste management system that can recycle waste and reuse it.
