These were the two entries I submitted for a contest being held on Blank You Very Much.  I found out about this contest last minute but wanted to submit something, so I came up with these two designs a few hours before the deadline and did what I could with that time.  They can be viewed here and here.

 

Everything started from sketches and then refined using Illustrator.  I came up with the typefaces on the fly, and wanted a loose structure to them to retain that hand-drawn aesthetic.  Although I wish I had more time, I had fun making these and am definitely going to be entering other contests on BYVM in the future.
