Since the Dutch colonial era to the present time, Menteng is one of most prestigious areas in Jakarta. Close to central business districts, it is suitable for expatriate market. Inspired by previous prestigious portfolio - Residence 8 at Senopati, Agung Sedayu Group fulfils the residential demand in Menteng’s limited space. Under our supervision, Menteng Park was able to recalibrate some inconsistencies and confusions for its market positioning. The whole rebranding concept is reflected in the prestigious compact design for urban market with ethnical touch of simplified Batavian ornament, inspired by the access (Jl. Cikini Raya and Jl. Raden Saleh), where close to historical and cultural sites of Jakarta.
