A digital painting for the "ballet on ice" show "Swan Lake",
created by and featuring famous Russian figure skater Olympic champion Evgeni Plushenko.
The painting shows Plushenko (he's quite friendly in this painting, but actually he plays the evil sorcerer Baron Von Rothbart), as well as the cast of ballerinas and the orchestra in the backdrop, which emulates the show's stage construction. This show is a yearly traditional event in Russia alongside many other end of the year Ice Shows, for Russia is indeed a country where figure skating is very popular.
The whole design was printed as a full page ad in popular fashion magazine "L'Officiel Russia".
