I've been trying some changes to my manner of painting over the last few months. My goal was to make my pictures more simple and more evocative, using different textures and brush strokes rather than making very detailed depictions of things like I used to.
I've called this series "Small Things" because I have the feeling that these pictures carry a sense of miniaturism, and also because it is the result of looking more closely at some things surrounding us in everyday life.
