The Canterbury School's Endowment Fund

J. Randall (Randy) Waterfield serves as chairman of Waterfield Group, a financial services holding company. Outside of his professional responsibilities, J. Randall Waterfield supports the Canterbury School through the Waterfield Endowment Scholarships.

Located in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, the Canterbury School is dedicated to the physical, aesthetic, and intellectual development of its students. Those who are interested in helping the school fulfill its mission can contribute through endowment funds, which provide long-term support to the school.

Endowment funds help the school in three key areas. First, endowment funds provide tuition assistance to the 20 percent of the student body that qualifies for financial aid. This assistance helps the Canterbury School maintain a diverse student body.

Secondly, endowment funds allow the school to provide stipends to department chairs and retain talented teachers. Lastly, endowment funding contributes to building maintenance and improvements, thus allowing the school to avoid tuition increases and further encourage a diverse group of students.
