How can I design the book cover to be both 'royal' and 'juicy'?
I designed this book cover during my internship at Berkley Publishing, an imprint of Penguin Random House. It's a non-fiction book, and the brief was to design a cover that looks 'royal' but hints at scandal and juicy details. They also wanted to use Princess Diana on the cover since the last chapter of the book was about her.
I found this image of Diana and I was very intrigued by it's mystery and the haunting look in her eyes. It's almost as if she's running away from her wedding.
