Design Process + Insights
I was tasked with branding, & designing their Mobile experience. User insights where tracked using mix panel, & on sight group surveys where conducted. Persona development was then created & design decisions where based off the gathered data from user feedback.
Challenges
Users wanted a eCommerce experience where they could easily find items without going through a lot of sub menus or having to create an account by giving away their information. Users wanted a easy sign up process along with an intuitive UI that would show them things based on what they were interested in.
Solutions
Removing the traditional sign up & replacing it with a 3 stage on boarding, this created a way for users to get in & out of an app for new users. While returning users could pick up where they left off at. Thus eliminating the need for a user name, password of any sort.
