As a class, we were given a small portion of a blurred image. Our task was to replicate the picture. At the end of the day, the picture will become a mural.
10% and 75%
I used 2 very different techniques when approaching my drawing, the method used depended on the completion of the drawing. As I started off with my mid-tone, I focused on the highlights of the drawing when I was approaching 10%. In 75%, I focused on the darker areas.

One way to judge the composition of the drawing is to step back and look at it from afar.
