Why Use One? Campaign was developed as a way to educate REALTORS, real estate agents, investors, and the general public how a NARPM member is different than the average landlord or property manager. Packet included several full color flyers/ads with black & white counterparts and a CD of all the materials associated with the campaign for local NARPM chapters to print and advertise with in their own markets.
Campaign also expanded to include a Why Be One? message to promote to prospect members.
Four flyers/ads were created to target four different audiences. The first, Why Use a NARPM Member?, was developed for the general public. The second, Bad Tenant Finally Move Out?, was targeted at those who currently manage rental properties without formal training or professional assistance. The third, Are You This Confident?, was aimed at investors to build new partner relationships with that aspect of the real estate market. The fourth and final, Want Some Happy Clients?, was developed for REALTORS and real estate agents to promote the many mutual benefits of working with a NARPM member.
