Throughout college, coffee played a significant role in my survival. Being from Washington, I know what a good cup of coffee tastes like, and many places cannot serve a good cup of coffee.

The problem with most coffee is that it does not give enough instruction. Most coffee bags will provide instructions on how to brew a cup of coffee in a simple machine, but there are many different ways to brew coffee and many different coffees from which to choose.

The packaging for this product was created with mock-ups. Mock-ups allow me more flexibility with packaging materials. Coffee bags were made out of a plastic bag to keep coffee fresh for weeks. The patterns help distinguish each variety on the shelf. The addition of icons also serves to clarify which variety the consumer is purchasing.
