The Shining - The Game!
Branded mini game created as a school assignment
I created this game as a part of our school training in the programme Unity. It's made to honor Stephen Kings amazing book The Shining and the movie adaption of Stanley Kubrick!
In the game, you control a player, Jack Torrance, who has to catch his son Danny in the maze before freezing to death.
At the entrance of the maze, there's a map that shows the maze from an overhead view as it's touched by the player. This map is also placed at other places inside the maze.
In the middle of the maze, Danny is situated. If you find Danny in time, you win the game.
