This interview was conducted about the Forty Foot in Dun Laoghaire. We wanted to focus on something within the Dublin community which means a lot to the people involved in it. We decided to research the Forty Foot, and before shooting our video, we went to visit it and talk to the people who regularly go swimming there. From listening to the stories everyone had about their reasons for going, even in the depths of Winter, we decided we would angle our report towards the mental health benefits people clearly obtain from swimming there. 

We paid special attention to our composition, especially in our cutaways. 

It was filmed on a JVC camcorder and a DSLR, and edited within Premiere Pro.
