I made this in a group as part of a video production module in college. We were instructed to create a documentary, and we decided to create one on the Chocolate Garden of Ireland. They are a very innovative business with an interesting story behind them and we wanted to showcase this. A lot of planning went into this, as the company was based in Carlow we wanted to ensure we get all the shots we needed in one day. We scripted questions, planned shots and style choices all before we filmed it. We edited all these clips together, using the most interesting parts which we felt would tell the story best in Premiere Pro.
