This was a banner and landing page design for Pearson TalentLens, a client of Forward Slash. The brief was for the launch of one of their products NDIT (Numeric Data Interpretation Test), a test to find Ideal candidates for jobs that included numeric data analysis and interpretation.

My brief was to create the concept and design for the landing page of NDIT.

The Candidate:
Since the product was focused on getting the right people for the right job, the concept evolved from the phrase "any Tom, Dick & Harry". How one cannot choose from any Tom, Dick and Harry for a job. This was later altered for the Indian Market using a reference to a well known pop culture movie.
