For an instance, it may occur that, some of your colleagues get ill and he will not fit for work. So your working pressure may arise. You need to handle it properly. Make the right decision. If you are unable to handle the pressure then share this task with your best colleague.

5. You need to reduce any potential conflict

 Things will not go in favor of you all the time. So, you need that kind of mental preparation. If any problem happens with your family members or office colleague try to solve it immediately. The most important thing is you need to apply your problem-solving skills to remove any arguments. You need to be open-minded and see where the person is coming from.
