A local family run coffee shop offering freshly ground coffee using a wild selection of
beans from around the world. The focus is on freshness and accompanying the ground coffee is a selection of  locally sourced pastries and desserts. The business wanted to portray a modern feel whilst still maintaining authenticity and their close relationship with the local community.
The Friday promotion offers loyal customers a free drink at the end of their working week and the ‘Friday Cups’ enable the business to utilise some out of home advertising.
Their aim was to offer a simplified menu and reduce all the complicated choices customers are usually faced with when visiting large chain coffee shops. Customers only need to choose espresso, latte or regular coffee, the source destination of their beans and one of two sizes, The Brook Junior (rglr) or The Brook Senior (lrg).
