Our task was to design a 39sq m. apartent for short-term rental. The flat is located in a close centre of Białystok (Poland).

The intention of the investors was to create an interior which will be finished with durable materials, maintaining the individual style.
In order to achieve better natural lighting we divided the bedroom and living room with glazed wall. This solution provided a visual connection
between those two spaces.
Almost every single element of this flat was custom-made. The decorative wardrobe plays the role of a divider between the areas of corridor, kitchen and living room. It was manufactured entirely by our client and his father.

The wardrobe stays on the openwork steel construction giving the impression of lightness. Another unobvious element of the space is the wooden frame surrounding the window in the living room. It gives the possibility to have a peaceful and cozy time sitting "on the window" while drinking morning coffee and starring on locals passing the street in the city centre.

The functional layout of the flat was completely redesigned. The bedroom took place after the originally placed kitchen. Thanks to that we were able to enlarge the bathroom, which previously was uncomfortably tiny. The kitchen is now placed in along the entrance wall, which improved the functionality of the space.

The flat is possible to rent for a short time, so if you would like visit Białystok (north-eastern Poland), you will be warm welcomed in COZYLOKO APARTMENT. I is comfortable to stay there for up to 4 people - you have my word.
