The aim of this project was to chose any brand and develop a calendar and photo series matching the aesthetics of the chosen brand.  We chose the contemporary Indian handwoven textiles Raw Mango and studied their style of branding & photography. We took inspiration from photographs dating as old as our great grandmothers and replicated the poses and the vibe.The old sarees used in the shoot are sourced from local Indian women. The makeup is done similar to how Raw Mango does in their shoots, to give off company's aura. We purposefully did the editorial of the calendar in minimal and contemporary style to keep up with the current trends and brand aesthetics.
